Refund Policy for Boxes and Packaging

At upper Coomera Self-Storage will refund for any merchandise purchase returned within 7 days of purchase, that have not been used and are in “as new” and re-saleable condition and the customer provides proof of purchase.  All our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

We will replace any faulty goods (that have not been used). Please keep receipt as proof of purchase.

Storage Fees: Monthly Storage fees are due on the same day each month, on the anniversary of the move-in date. For example, “if you moved in on the 20th, your next month’s rent is due on the 20th of the following month and so on”.  Storage fees are non- refundable once the Payment is taken for commencement date nominated in the signed Self-Storage agreement. Payment to be made before the storage date to ensure no late fees are charged. 

Please Note: When Moving out of a Storage Unit , there is a Seven (7) Day notice period to be given to Upper Coomera Self Storage.
