There is No power to Units, No unattended vehicles of any type, trailers ETC. to be left in Facility.
The facility is Self Storage and has no provision for any type of work to be carried out on vehicles, trailers ETC. or any type of work to be conducted within or outside the Units.
No Provision for Conducting a business direct from the Unit.
Also Please note conditions of what cannot be stored in the Storage agreement, such as any flammable type of Liquids, ETC.
Upper Coomera is a Self Storage Facility.
